About Christal

Christal Kuchar is a lifelong resident of Brunswick, Georgia, deeply committed to serving her community through her passion for real estate. Specializing in both residential and commercial real estate, Christal expertly caters to buyers, sellers, and investors, delivering exceptional service and results.

As a dedicated professional, Christal holds certifications and memberships that reflect her expertise and commitment to excellence. She is Golden Isles Association of Realtors Rookie of the year for 2024. She is a Certified Military Relocation Specialist, a C2EX designee, a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and proudly holds the prestigious Performance Management Network (PMN) certification through the Women’s Council of Realtors.

An active participant in the Golden Isles Association of Realtors (GIAR), Christal serves on the Governmental Affairs and GARPAC committees and is a member of the Young Professionals Network. Currently, she is the 1st Vice President of the Southeast Coastal Georgia Women’s Council of Realtors and a proud graduate of the 2024 Leadership Academy.

In 2024, Christal attended several high-profile industry events, including the Girls with Grit Conference in Nashville, Tennessee; the Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) Annual Conference and Expo in Sandestin, Florida; and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) NXT Realtor Experience Conference in Boston. While at the NAR conference, she participated in Women’s Council educational sessions and attended the prestigious Women’s Council Inaugural Gala.

Christal’s academic background is equally impressive. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University. She then pursued advanced degrees, obtaining both a Master’s and Specialist Degree in Administration and Supervision from Georgia College and State University.

Her real estate journey began at the Academy for Real Estate Education & Consulting, where she trained under the mentorship of Robert Kozlowski. Christal’s career has flourished since joining EXP Realty, where she thrives in a supportive and professional environment.

A cornerstone of Christal’s work is her dedication to serving U.S. service members and their families. Inspired by her family’s rich military heritage, including her father, grandfather, and other family members who served, she is passionate about providing unparalleled service to those who serve our nation. She also volunteers at the Veteran’s Village, extending her commitment to the veteran community.

Christal attends Frederica Baptist Church on St. Simons Island and resides on the island with her husband, two children, and their beloved Goldendoodle, Simon. Outside of real estate, she enjoys giving back to her community and cherishing time with her family.
