About Lydia

Hello! I'm Lydia! 

I bring nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. I began my career as a salesperson with Harold Cranston in Marietta, Ohio, and in 2004 became Broker/Owner of Cranston Real Estate. Under my leadership, the company expanded into West Virginia, with a particular focus on the resort market in Canaan Valley.

After many years of spending winters in the Golden Isles, I am pleased to call St. Simons Island my permanent home and to be affiliated with eXp Realty.

Originally from West Virginia, I am a graduate of St. Marys High School and Alderson Broaddus University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science on a music scholarship. I remain actively involved in music programs at my church, community theatre, and volunteer work with local nursing homes.

I hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist, e-Pro, Resort and Second Property Specialist as well as the Certified Home Stager designations.  I love a project and I have worked with several tough situations - decluttering, downsizing and preparing a home to look its best to sell is where I shine.
